Sheree Lynn Kilian
Sheree Kilian has actively listed and sold businesses in Central Florida since 1997. She enjoys working with entrepreneurs and assisting them in achieving their goals. Her previous background in commercial construction in the Orlando area put her in daily contact with all aspects of running a small business.
Sheree was later involved in commercial property management with responsibility for 13 commercial properties. Her extensive background and acquired knowledge of the local area in both the construction and real estate industries has proven a real benefit for her customers. She has been recognized multiple times as a multi-million dollar producer by the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) and is an active member of the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce.

John W. Hoyt
The Orlando area operation is owned and managed by John Hoyt, Licensed Real Estate Broker. John was first licensed in California in 1975 and has held a Florida Real Estate License since 1987. As a Commercial Division Manager for a large national real estate firm, John supervised the efforts of up to 10 commercial and business brokers.
Later, as a loan officer for some of the major banks in the U.S he originated and closed over 500 mortgage loans, many to local business owners. He has served as secretary and MLS chairman to the State Board of Directors of The Florida Business Brokers Association and is past President of The Central Florida Chapter.
John’s recent engagements include Medical Home Healthcare agencies, restaurants, HVAC Installation and Repair, Low voltage wire/cabling company, Auto Repair with Real Estate. We are seeking business listings within the Professional services area, manufacturing, distribution and service industries.
